General George A. Custer to
visit 30th Annual
March 19-20, 2005

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS General George A. Custer will stop over in Kalamazoo, MI, to visit with friends, Saturday and Sunday, March 19-20, 2005, on his way from the War Department in Washington D.C. to his new assignment on the Western Frontier. Steve Alexander, in his first person interpretation and portrayal of General George Armstrong Custer, will present "Civil War Memoirs" and "My Life On The Plains" both days of the show giving an insight into the General's Civil War and Western Frontier experiences. Marcia Butgereit will present a special program for women entitled, "Women - The Forgotten People of the Civil War" and her husband, Bruce Butgereit, will present three programs daily for school age children entitled, "School of the Soldier":
